X9060 CO2 Laser Engraving & Cutting Machine

The high quality, RELIABILITY AND PROFITABILITY of our X9060 is supported by our Research and Development Department with more than 30 expert engineers, masters and doctors in physics and electronic sciences of the laser technology and manufactured in accordance with the programs QB/T1700-2001 and ISO9001: 2000.

High Power Options

The laser power options include 100W, 130W, and 150W, capable of meeting different cutting intensity requirements. It can easily handle thicker or harder materials.

Larger Working Area

With a working area of 900mm × 600mm × 210mm, it can process larger-sized engraving/cutting materials, making it suitable for projects that require a larger surface area.

Advanced Drive System

The use of high-precision linear guides ensures accuracy and stability during the engraving process, helping to enhance engraving results.

Water-Cooling System

The water-cooling system effectively ensures the stability of the equipment during high-power operation and extends the lifespan of the machine.

Better Engraving Results

Equipped with a medium-power laser and high-precision linear guides, the X-9060 achieves high precision and quality in both engraving and cutting. It can seamlessly handle both intricate patterns and large-scale engravings with perfect results.

Compact and Easy to Move

Despite having external dimensions of 1520mm × 1135mm × 1070mm, the X-9060's reasonably designed structure makes it easy to move and place within the workspace, allowing it to adapt to different working environment.

Automatic Focusing

The automatic focusing feature of the X-9060 can automatically control the precise distance between the laser head and the material, helping users achieve optimal engraving and cutting results.

Red Light Indicator

Since CO2 lasers are invisible, the red light indicator on the X-9060 helps users to know the exact laser emission position in advance.

Assistive Gas

Assistive gas is one of the key factors in laser processing. Properly pressurized and stable assistive gas can consistently protect the focusing lens from contamination, blow away smoke and molten material from the surface of the material and the cutting seam, and cool down the processing point and surface. This helps reduce the chances of material carbonization, ignition, and sticking, thereby improving processing quality.

Easy-to-Use EagleWorks CAD/CAM Control Software

EagleWorks CAD/CAM control software, based on the Windows operating system, supports a variety of commonly used processing file formats. It includes common editing and layout features, as well as laser-specific processing and control functions. While ensuring ease of use and reliability, it helps you achieve excellent processing results and efficiency.

Supports Offline Use and Resume from Breakpoint

The control system of the X-9060 is equipped with a built-in 128M FLASH memory to store processing task files. Once the files are transferred to the machine via USB connection, local network, or USB flash drive, the machine no longer relies on a PC and can complete all processing operations offline.

High-Performance Stepper Motor

The X-9060 model is equipped with high-quality stepper motors, coupled with a lightweight motion system and laser head. Even at ultra-high resolution, it can still operate at high speeds. The cutting acceleration can reach up to 5m/s² (0.5G), and the scanning acceleration can reach up to 10m/s² (1G), which is superior to the industry average.

Advanced and Reliable CO2 Laser

The X-9060 can be equipped with an 80W or 100W CO2 glass tube laser, both offering high cost-effectiveness.
If your application focuses on engraving with high processing quality requirements, you can opt for the 60W or 100W RF metal tube laser. This laser offers very fast response speeds and precise power control, helping you achieve excellent engraving results.

Safety and Reliability

All areas that may pose safety risks are equipped with sensors for detection and protection, including the top cover opening sensor, laser tube cover opening sensor, and water chiller flow sensor. When a dangerous situation is detected, the machine will automatically stop to prevent accidents. Additionally, an emergency stop switch is located above the human-machine interface. If a potential danger is identified, pressing the button will immediately cut off all power, greatly enhancing the protection of personnel and property safety.

OPERATION MANUAL

A complete Operation Manual is included in the software installation USB Flash Disk. It contains clear explanations of the Installation process and the usage of the software, the control panel and other features.
